GoogleHelpful with changing move in date multiple times. Gave adequate notice when access was needed to my flat. However upon move in flat was dirty and repairs were needed. Slow to respond to emails about energy provider and necessary repairs in flat. Never heard back from landlord or agencies regarding repairs. Overall good experience with this agency.

1-2-Let are thieves. They refused to repair a number of issues during my tenancy with them (e.g. hole inthe skirting board, bad sink) and then they held my deposit for cleaning and cited things they refused to fix as issues.

GoogleOutstanding service, replaced the old fridge freezer with a superb new one very quickly and efficiently. The portal used made reporting the issue easy and was notified via phone call the change could be made this afternoon while I was at work - delighted!

Google1-2-Let have been great at finding tenants for my flats over the years. I rarely have gone a few days without them having someone lined up to move in across bottom, mid and top of the market. Friendly support from the main office who have built decent relationships with me over the years. I'm really glad I went with them
