GoogleI have recently sold my mother's flat through Countrywide's Shawlands branch. Susan Laisen was my contact. Throughout the whole process that took six months, I received regular up dates from Susan, who dutifully followed through with every viewer. They were very competitive with their charges, but you could add additional marketing should you wish to. I would be happy to recommend Countrywide to anyone selling a property.

It was my first time letting out a property and she explained everything to me, exactly what I needed to do and made the whole process easy and stress free! GoogleWhat amazing guys at Countrywide! I have bought and sold 4 houses through them now and I have never been disappointed with the results. I recently put my nanas house on the market with them at 5pm. By lunchtime the following day, they had sold it and got a price that we were very happy with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and cannot thank them enough for the work they have done for us.

GoogleExcellent team with loads of experience and great support. We reserved a new build property and was under pressure selling our existing flat in Shawlands. But Countrywide team helped us really well with the entire process. The process started with Graeme McInnes helping us with the initial market research on pricing and comparable homes in the area. He helped us determine the best price for our home. Then the valuation was done and pictures were taken. Before placing the property in market, Stephanie Woods , the sales consultant requested us to review the ad content, pictures and video. This was really good as we were being informed and involved in the entire process. The best thing about countrywide is the existing client's database they have. Once the property is live in the market, the entire sales team Chanice Ray, Stephanie Woods, Lisa Carline and Aimee MacPhail helped us really quick with viewing appointments. Specially Stephanie helped us analyse the market and chose the best offer. We sold our property now and really happy with the price we got. Thanks once again for the entire team , definitely recommended.

GoogleCountrywide completed a valuation of my parents house. Professional, polite and informative. Clearly laid out all options to myself about selling the house. Would recommend that if you are selling to get a valuation and then take from there.

GoogleThis review is from June 2019. We had an appointment with Mr Ross Mortgage advisor. Very patronising to us and rude. We were applying for a shared equity house and he basically said got another people in front us and we will not get a house. The short of this we ended up moving to another mortgage advisor from another firm. We felt made to feel small.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
