FacebookWe defiantly would not recommend the West end branch. Gavin from the said branch is a downright con man. He never mentioned figures regarding the sales commission but told us which was the best deal for us. We ended up paying almost 5k, 3k more than the other way. When confronted about this he was very abusive on the phone. Stay clear of Countrywide
