I have reported a repair more the a week ago. Heater in bedroom is not working at all. Megan is dealing with it and she can't give me any answers (as per your email is an urgent report which should be sorted up to 5 working days).It's just a joke being left without heating during winter time. Every day I chase her up but the answer is the same. I'm really disappointed with the service provided by the agency. Wouldn't recommend it at all!!! The way Countrywide is dealing with me is disgusting. There was a water leak reported from bath. I just came back home and the shower has been removed. Is shocking!!!! Shame on you guys.

Excellent Lettings team! My property was taken care of from the start by the amazing and friendly Kellie who came out within a days notice to value the property and reccomend how we marketed it. Her knowledge of the market is genuinely invaluable and helped me achieve more than I was looking for on the rent. Then, Jamie and Lewis both took over all the admin and finer details, getting a tenant lined up within a working week of it going online for me. Honestly from start to finish this company and the staff are utterly amazing. This is the 4th time now I have used them for a transaction between buying and selling, there is nowhere else I would go! Gavin Dillon put my mind straight at ease when coming out to value my house and gave me a real insight into what was realistic and achievable and how we could maximise the price we got for selling. The negotiator Megan McPherson then did unbelievably well at keeping us updated with every viewing, every note of interest and guided us through the process, she even got us more than we expected for the house. A total professional I cannot thank her enough for her help and always friendly manner. I’ve tried many different estate agents before coming to countrywide and they are BY FAR the best out there.
