TrustpilotLandlords be aware I had never used…
Landlords be aware I had never used them before April this year and in 30 years of property rental business I have never come across such an unscrupulous and unprincipled team of amateurs. The tenant introduced was a complete con man who paid no rent from month 3 and Frosts still send landlord statements with rent collection fees when they have failed to collect any rent for six months! I should have kept my property empty rather than rent it out through them.

Facebook'We have had nothing but great service from the Frost Partnership over the last year we have been looking for a property. Anthony Prokopiou has been amazing all the way through, going above and beyond and even though we were not able to finalise a property with Frost, Anthony has continued to follow up with us.
The whole team are great at follow up, making appointments and scheduling on time. They know their properties inside out so are able to answer questions there and then.
We couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely use Frost when we come to sell our property and purchase a new one.
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better partnership than Anthony and the team!'

GoogleOne of Yankie Jaffe boards ( house sales) came off the wall causing damage to my car.
I have sent numerous emails and phone calls to be completely ignored!!
I sent pictures of the damage as Yankie requested weeks ago and he has ghosted me!!
Ignores my emails and does not answer or return calls. If this is Yankies bussiness values I wouldn’t touch this company.
I am out of pocket for damage which was not my fault and he has insurance for but chooses to not be a decent human being and sort out this issue.
