Currently in the process of moving out and they are making our lives difficult. Kept getting messages stating that my application isn't completed when I have screenshots proving it's complete. They also requested for physical copies of our identification and proof of address. Weather this is company policy or not, we both live in different cities and financially we can't travel to the office just so they can see a physical copy.

Leapfrog have been excellent. I really like their ethos and approach. I found them realistic, honest and personable through the whole selling process. I wasn't sold a unrealistic expectations and all the advice I was given has been fantastic. Communication is outstanding. Questions and queries were always acknowledged or answered the same day. All the staff were pleasant to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. As a seller we felt really looked after and nothing was too much trouble if we needed help of guidance. I've just sold a property using Leapfrog. Every member of their staff from the first phone call to the last interaction has been nothing less than 100% professional, polite, efficient and friendly. Their fees are competitive and it's clear that they are knowledgeable about the law and follow it in their business. I have used other estate agents with good and really bad service but I would only use Leapfrog in future. I may purchase a buy to let in the future and I would get them to fully manage it for me because it seems that nothing is too much trouble for their lovely team.

The company is a absolute joke. The staff are rude, talk down to you. I wanted to make a complaint, spoke to the manager who did not want to know, spoke to me like a piece of rubbish. Telling me it's not her staffs job to pass the correct information over to the people who are viewing the property. She even said it's ok for members of the public to stand by other peoples property, lean on their cars and film three house with the estate agent standing there watching them do it. The staff in the staines branch need a training course how to deal with people

From Day 1, we couldn’t have asked for better support and guidance than we received from Frost. Matthew Craft and his close-knit team including Sonia, Lizzie, and Jackie, are complementary as they are substantial. They’re all exceptionally diligent, responsive, and generous with their time. You always feel well looked after and provided with quality information and keen market insight to help you make the best possible decision or devise the most effective strategy for your unique sales journey that’s not immune to the vagaries of the marketplace. Fact: one in three sales fall through in England every year. While giving someone a thumbs-up after a successful transaction is easy, it’d be a costly mistake (financially and emotionally) to assume that all estate agents are created equal. Poppycock. Initially, we were leaning towards going with one agent, a well-liked, respected, and veteran chap in the industry with whom our family had a pre-existing relationship. And frankly, their marketing materials were slicker and more polished (sorry, Frost). But, given our home of several decades was our single most significant asset, we sought to expand our wings a little and had a brief trial run of off-market viewings with multiple agents. On the back of this, we knew Matthew Craft was our man. With enormous sums at stake and emotions running high, it’s such a comfort knowing that your agent, the one you specifically appointed, has unequivocally got your back and your best interests at heart. And not concerned with making a quick commission. Trust. Integrity. Expertise. Matthew personifies these qualities in spades and then some. Disappointing experience with Frost Partnership

A very disappointing experience during our tenancy period as tenants as the agents were very rude and not cooperative at all. At the end of the tenancy another clerk did the checkout and had no idea about the check in report as was done by a different clerk when we moved in. There were already cracks to the door and when we sent the pictures they refused and did not listen. Therefore, a large amount was deducted from our deposit and did not make any sense as we only were at the property for 1 year. There were a few things but not to this extent. In addition, the door number and the intercom number were different and this made it difficult for deliveries to come to the property due to this misunderstanding. So watch out before renting with Frost Partnership.
