GoogleI wouldn’t be fooled by the five-star reviews, probably paid or fake reviews. This company is absolutely revolting in terms of morals, values and ethics. Never have I met such sexist estate agents. They lie through their teeth and have no remorse for the mental struggle. Especially by John himself, will never use it again.

FacebookMy wife and I have been landlords for many years. Caroline Scott has always provided us with excellent service - emails and phone calls answered quickly in a friendly but professional manner. Caroline also has an enviable rapport with local tradespeople so repairs can be effected quickly at a reasonable cost.The Frost Partnership has a very good reputation in the local area. GoogleSo unprofessional and lacks communication. Had an appointment for a house viewing , rang their office as their agent was already 10 minutes late. The guy from the office told me that he don't think anyone is available and he will try to contact this certain guy and should be at the property ASAP. No body came and I was so disappointed I left after half an hour of waiting as I felt like I was just wasting my time. They could have contacted me earlier to cancel or reschedule my viewing. I didn't hear anything from them after, not a call back or email. So unprofessional.

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

FacebookThe way you handled my end of tenancy has been complete nightmare. Your property managers created problems for me when there was no need due to lack of communication and finally when it all seems to going OK and was told last Friday that my deposit would be repaid, upon chasing today have been told that it hasn’t been. Will look into this and get it sorted and will take 3-5 working days for the money to repaid. No one seems that bothered about the tenant despite your claims on website etc.I wonder how long before this will be deleted?
