I dealt predominately with a lady called Samantha, I was immediately amazed at the knowledge and expertise shown in our first call. My property was up and on the market very quickly and I achieved my sale from one of the first viewings NGU conducted for me. Great agent with great staff highly recommended.

GoogleI have used this agent for a couple of years now, and have found them to be very conscientious, the checks they do on the tenants are thorough and if a tenant is in difficulty or pays late they are quick to follow it up. They ensure the gas and electric are taken care of and the council tax is notified when there is a change of tenant.

GoogleDon't not rent from this agency! They are not reliable! Theses people do not know how to do their job. I've never know anything thing like it, I'm still shock from their poor attitude and how long it takes to get anything done! Once again stay clear! We just moved out of their property and its best thing we've done for our family.

GoogleAs a landlord, could not find me a tenant on a refurbished flat, after six months ! Miraculously, when chasing, there was always another viewing, then a 'no show'.....Following on from that, a full set of keys to my other property went missing......never get to deal with the same people, no continuity.....in a word, the service is at best, rubbish !

Google*0 stars* Trying to rinse the tenant for money on faults that were not their fault. No communication what so ever unless it's an email from Megan Robinson asking for money. Please avoid this company at any cost, even if despatate, they are not worth it at all. I'm surprised they are even still a company.
