Our company have worked along side NGU for the past five years. Mr Fitzackerly is very professional and through within his job role. His office staff are always polite and courteous at all times. Although we mainly Deal with the lovely Katy Neat. I have found Katy to be very helpful, professional and passionate about her work a lady that will go above and beyond to help you any way she can. If u are looking at needing a company to carry out a refurb on your property i would recommend NGU highly from begin to end for professionalism. If I could have give a higher rating i would especially to Mr Fitzackerly and Katy for their passion and professionalism in their job role. A company that cares about your property as if it was their own. I am adding to my review as I have property that I needed to let out but just didn’t have the time. With NGU being so professional with their refurb team I didn’t think twice about using them to find me a tenant. Once again I was not let down. I was introduced to the lovely hard working Shakil who kept me informed from start to finish of the process. He went out took professional pics uploaded them onto NGU web site visited the property with perspective tenants vetted them so all I had to do was sit back and relax. Can’t thank Shakil enough for his hard work and commitment he put in. They even got me more rental income than I was expecting. For my other properties I will definitely go back to NGU to find my Tenants.

NGU have been a great company to do business with, I have been working with them since 2016 doing their building work, landscaping and fencing. They make communication very easy between you, them and tenants. Which is great to take some pressure off the workload and keeps everyone involved up to date. Chris does an amazing job with his videos and schedules, which saves everyone a lot of time traveling around to measure up for materials. Organising all the trades in a way that we can all work in sync. Sam and Rachael keep on top of maintenance work needed on their properties thoroughly. Passing on details, communicating with tenants that are hard to reach and keeping everyone up to date at every step. Katie has everyone paid on time and up to date, on top of refurb projects that she organises. She is a great part of the team. My experience of NGU has been fantastic. I contracted NGU to carry out some refurbishment work on a property. From start to finish the communication has been first class. The managing director Chris has been in constant communication with regular video updates on work carried out. He has also been kind enough to offer his advice when there have been different solutions for overcoming the situations that inevitably come up when undertaking a refurb. I cannot recommend NGU enough.
