GoogleI tried to rent with them, but they demand full-time employment even if I am offering to pay the 12 months in advance. They said is their policy, which makes no sense. They just don't know how to adapt to different situations.

GoogleWouldn't tell me the earliest availability for viewing a property unless I gave them my personal details, income. This so that an automated system can decide whether I'm suitable. It's like they're robots. Thanks for chasing away potential tenants!

Hi George, I'm sorry you feel this way and we certainly don't treat our tenants like robots. Unfortunately as a responsible letting agent we have to check certain details with tenants before we arrange a viewing. We have to ensure a property is affordable, for the tenant, which involves checking income, without doing this we would find tenants falling into arrears which isn't good for either the tenant or landlord. If you provide your details we'd be happy to arrange a viewing if you meet our criteria.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would. Only dealt with them twice, the worst experience. The 1st house they let me view already had an application so I wasted a days holiday for nothing. The 2nd time I called to enquire about a house I was meant with the most rude and disrespectful advisor. Unrealistic fees applied, they will con you out of money I couldn't imagine having to deal with you tull time on a property, I would urge anyone to avoid these cowboys

GoogleI just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to your entire team (notably Shakil, Rachel and Mollie) who are doing so well, regardless of all the hassle you guys must have gone through over the previous year. I sent out four requests to different departments on Bank Holiday, regarding EICR's, Gas Certs, tenant move-in dates and maintenance updates. Every single one of those had been resolved by the end of the next working day! You guys are freaking amazing! Thank you!

GoogleI was looking to relocate back to Gateshead after many years of working away. I viewed a property on Rightmove which was managed by NGU Homelettings. I gave them a call and they were able to arrange a viewing the very next day. The property was exactly as it was shown on Rightmove. I submitted an application the same day and was allocated Shakil Ahmed who would be my personal point of call and who not only assisted me each step of the way but updated me frequently on the progress and the next steps. Great personal service from Shakil and so pleased I had her to call if I needed any help.

GoogleBooking a viewing with NGU was very easy and they managed to fit us in quite quickly, the agent who showed us around the house was very friendly and easy to talk to and could answer all of our questions. As first time renters we had a lot! Once we decided we liked the house we were passed onto to a lovely person called Shakil Ahmed who walked us through the next steps of the process and was always available by email or phone to answer my questions and help me out any way possible. Overall shakil made my experience so much easier and I am thankful for that! I would definitely deal with this company again it was a pleasurePositiveResponsiveness
