Rachel moody manages my property and so helpful.Total asset to the team , just so easy to talk to She always goes above and beyond sorts Things out straight away . keeps me involved in anything that is being resolved or changing .Couldnt ask for better.

GoogleIf I could give zero stars then I would. Poor service. Made an offer and kept being told someone will contact me. Its been almost 2 weeks and despite chasing via telephone and emails I have not heard back. The property has been on the market for 2 months and not surprised It will not surprise me if it's on the market for another 6 months especially when they fail to contact prospective buyers. I will not be doing business with them in future. Will blacklist!

GoogleI've been a tennant in an NGU managed house for over 7 years and always had a positive relationship. But really feel I have to share the most recent experience with everyone. More specifically during what was an extremely difficult time when there was an issue with the electricity and heating of the property I rent, Rachel "portfolio manager" and Tony "gas engineer" were absolutely amazing, I honestly don't know what I would have done without them, I can't thank them enough for everything they did to resolve the issue, without doubt going over and beyond to help our family. Thank you again for everything you did to resolve what had become a real crisis, well done!
