GoogleI have worked along side Sam for a number of years now and I have found her an asset to the smooth running and affective procedure of maintenance within Ngu . Her attitude towards her role in Ngu is always second to none with a gaol of providing an excellent service for all involved. I would recommend Sam in all aspects of her work as she has proved to be a fully committed team player

GoogleI’ve been employed as a outside contractor for ngu homes for the past six months now. The girls in the office are all lovely. Particularly Sam the maintenance manager, she is very a professional and passionate person within her job role. I would highly recommend Ngu homes services to anyone looking for there services. Along with Sam to sort out all maintenance issues which she always does in a timely manner.

The job was completed on time and to the agreed price, with lots of good communications and excellent walk through videos. An incredibly friendly and professional company. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI was really happy with our experience with NGU, most of which was with Shakil. We were making rent enquiries for about 6 weeks across different places and agencies. As we called for a property with NGU we got a viewing on the same day, which was a first. Some other agencies were taking over 2 weeks to arrange viewings on vacant properties. The thing which impressed me most, particularly with Shakil as he was our lead contact was his speed and efficiency of communication. He usually replied very swiftly to our enquiries which we appreciated. We have high hopes for a good tenancy with NGU.

GoogleNGU Homelettings provide a very caring and extensive property management service. Very reasonably priced and professional with swift action when maintenance is required with excellent customer service and always go the extra mile. Their comprehensive service allows landlords who live a distance away to relax in the knowledge that their properties will be looked after properly and all the necessary requirements are met. An excellent company with a great staff who are always available and always helpful and approachable.

GoogleShakil was extremely helpful and patient while we went through the application process. The process itself was all online and easy to use but it was great having Shakil there when we hit a snag getting a previous landlord to complete a reference.

GoogleThe Landlord has shared the cost of fixing my hallway floor. It needed levelling out before the flooring could be fitted. I paid up front and NGU reimbursed me promptly. It is so much better now. Thankyou

GoogleBEWARE TENANTS, they will try to charge ridiculous fees when you leave on top of deposit. 1800 to repaint because wear and tear doesn't exist anymore apparently, 600 pounds to take out 3 bin bags, 250 pounds to clean an oven. Obviously just ignore them because they won't get these ridiculous prices in court.

GoogleAbsolutely rude service, would never recommend, no specific details before arranging viewing no one will come at the property for viewing, then if you don’t follow what they trying to convince you, customer relationship team gets mad at you
