Had an appointment to view a property. Got a little lost on the way so I called them to confirm the address. Waited over half an hour and nobody turned up even though they knew we were waiting at the property. Emailed to ask what had happened and was willing to arrange another viewing as we were really interested in the property but got no reply at all. So unprofessional.

I only went to Andrew Craig for a third valuation. However, the friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff was outstanding. They kept me in the loop at every stage, and gave prompt feedback from visits. They were proactive with regards to selling the property and answered any questions I had. I am very happy to recommend the office and would certainly use them again

I can’t praise the service of the staff of the Gosforth staff at Andrew Craig highly enough for the professional and friendly service we received when buying a house. We had a designated agent who dealt with our case and kept us informed throughout and I can’t praise the professionalism and patience of Alison Gadomski highly enough to have survived months of dealing with both of us .

Andrew Craig in fulwell, at first when we were selling a property with them were ok, they were keen for us to reduce the price not a lot of support, our house sold, then fell through but sold quickly after that, this is when the problem started the house we were buying was going through probate, there was No support from them at all!! It was all for pushy female buying our house, they rang the estate agent selling the house we were buying but never passed on information to us but passed it to woman buying house we were selling so we had to get information ourselves which opposite agent found very bad as did our solicitors, I even questioned this and spoke to a lady working for andrew craig who agreed it was wrong , but no change when the probate went through our solicitor wanted to complete on Tuesday and we received a very rude call from an elderly woman saying we had to complete when buyer wanted and we could not have a say, even complaining about the keys not taken straight after they called, do not use this estate agent very expensive for the service you get, very rude staff, not worth your time ,

Hello firstly can we just say how disappointed we are that your experience with Andrew Craig has been tainted by the experience you had with conveyancing. As agents we pride ourselves in the trust placed in us by our customers and in your case I note we actually achieved a sale within 3 weeks of the property coming to the market. Regrettably until the sale progress commences we do not know what hurdles lie ahead but we maintain a respect for the legal conveyancers who are duty bound to ensure the sale is transacted and conveyed accurately for buyers and sellers. In these circumstances we endeavor to work with all parties to keep the sale on track and I can with confidence say this is exactly what Jack did - he worked tirelessly demonstrating first class negotiation skills to make sure we kept the sale on track. We genuinely respect your comments and we always strive to improve on our review status however I feel there was nothing more we could have done in this instance. GoogleMy first time buying a house. I was in very safe hands. From day 1 I’ve had a fantastic experience. I was given details of a solicitor team when I made the offer for the house who (using an app and via calls) kept me up to date with what was happening and when. I also received regular unprompted updates from Jack to let me know how the move was progressing. When I wanted to go back for a second viewing after I’d had the offer accepted it was no problem and arranged for me quickly. The staff and particularly the Manager have been exceptional in handling the sale of our bungalow. This sale was prolonged due to the personal circumstances of the buyers. Due to the length of time (over 6months) we were at risk of losing the purchase of our new build home. Jackie (mgr) in particular went above & beyond to get us to the point of exchange, making almost daily calls to the buyers & their solicitors to obtain updates etc. Thus ensuring we secured our new build home.
