GoogleGeorgia has absolutely brilliant. Amazing communication throughout the process, emails and phone calls. Nothing was a problem, even taking the time to help us find a new mortgage advisor after being massively let down. Very impressed and will be referring to anybody looking to buy a house.

GoogleWe just bought our house from Andrew Craig- Lowfell office. Staff were very helpful from viewing to Completion. Answered all our enquiries and was quick in giving feedback. Amazing team at Lowfell- Nicola, Jack and Karen you guys were awesome. Thank you for looking after us all through the purchase. I will surely recommend.

DO NOT USE. The Sunderland branch employees are useless, booked a viewing for a property they had on for sale with a miss Taylor from there Sunderland branch took time off work got to the property and the women I spoke to didn’t even know I was coming.” Very un professional “ turns out she didn’t even submit the viewing onto the system.

GoogleWOW is the only word to describe my experience with this agent and Jack in particular. From the minute of picking up the phone to talking me through the local area he was knowledgeable, friendly and answered every question I asked. I would highly recommend anyone to use this agent ask for Jack he will look after you!

The advice she has given throughout our dealings with her has been very particular to our circumstances, treating us as individuals rather than a generic commission, and she has, and continues to, displayed exceptional customer service at all times.

Dealt with them recently for a property rental which we have just moved into. Victoria who was dealing with it for us was lovely and although we waited a little while for things to finalise due to external factors and legal documents that were needed, she was very efficient and patient with me constantly ringing for an update and we had a good experience.

You have been in negotiations to buy a property with Agents Property Auction, not ourselves. We have been informed by them that they attempted to contact you to discuss those negotiations but you did not answer so they left a voicemail. You then arrived at your Mortgage Appointment where Georgia informed you of the situation. It is unfortunate that you were unsuccessful in your purchase but you have since been in discussions with Agents Property Auction again where you had the option to resolve the matter. Kind regards

Be very careful of using this estate agent. They do not routinely follow up prospective buyers that visit the property and have not provided feedback to us unless chased. Their website search is also really poor.
