GoogleI recently sold my house with Lovelle and would 100% recommend them. From start to finish, the service they offered was excellent. Bayley took some great photos of my house and worked hard to get a number of viewings. I was kept up to date throughout the process and felt confident that they would find a buyer. Naomi took over once an offer had been accepted and went above and beyond, offering support and advice after a 'slight hitch' with the valuation report. The whole team are friendly, helpful and committed and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The Home move box was a lovely touch.

GoogleI was thoroughly impressed by my experience with Lovelle. They kept me informed throughout the transaction, including when a sale unfortunately fell through - not their doing. The property was immediately back on the market and sold within 6 weeks.
They also went above and beyond. Given that my house was empty, they were more than happy to keep an eye on it and take meter readings. A real help, as I am some distance from the house's location.

Went into Gainsborough and the moment we walked through the door, Sarah, Zoe, Naomi and team were just fantastic! Sarah took her team to actually view the house so everyone knew what they were selling!! Zoe sold it for us straight away and despite the difficulties in selling a brand new leasehold property, nothing was ever any bother!!

GoogleI can only share my opinion as a seller although I have had experience of buying and selling property from 40k to 600k and I can honestly say I have never been more impressed with a company's professionalism, communication, knowledge and helpfulness. They dragged my solicitor through the sale calling both parties and both solicitors and updating us both. They managed to sell the property for the price we hoped for and they earned every penny of the fee. Thank you for such outstanding service, you have transformed my opinion of estate agents. All you need now is an in-house solicitor working to the same standard as your team!

Direct reviewswe were very pleased with your agent he was on time and explained as much as he could on the questions..... the property needs a new combi boiler the front door needs either repair or replace the side gate needs replacing as does the decking very slippery kitchen unit wood effect peeling off no EPC the bungalow next door which you are agents for is on the market for 145k so 190k for number 19 the pines is excessive imo lack of outdoor space at the back of the property so no were to hang out washing the owners were heavy smokers as shown on the stained walls so all in all not as impressed with the viewing the photos made it look better than it was taking everything into account i would offer 160k which is 15 k more than the next door i do not think this will be accepted.
