Simply Outstanding

I actually do not know where to start the whole service at Lovelle has been totally amazing.They even recommended and put us in touch with a super efficient and brilliant conveyancing team at Simply Conveyancing. Lovelle provided the whole package from start to finish.Always available on the phone when you needed them and ready to answer any questions about your sale with up to date correct information. Our sale to put it mildly was one of the most traumatic times of our lives the whole chain wanted to beat the 1st of April deadline for the increase in stamp duty. None of the trauma was caused by Lovelle but without their whole team especially Naomi who was just brilliant it simply would not have happened. Naomi went above and beyond chasing everyone in the large chain morning, noon and night, daily and weekly. Please Naomi’s boss give her a pay rise. So if you want an estate agent that will do exactly what they say they are going to do and support you through the whole process of moving home choose Lovelle, you will not be disappointed.
