From first meeting Steph at the house valuation, to Lucy expediting getting the house onto the market, to the memorandums of sale being issued by Sam today all our dealings with the Stephanie McNab estate agency have been fantastic. From day one when I met Steph, she had a genuine interest in who I was and what my needs were as the seller. That personal approach remained right throughout the entire selling process. And it filtered down into every single member of staff who was involved in the sale of my house and who I spoke with in the office. The viewings flew from the moment the house was advertised, and that is down to the honest, clever and professional photography in the first instance, and the efforts made by Steph and her team to ensure as many people had a chance to view as possible in the second.
