The timeous and regular distribution of events in the process of buying and / or selling a property is very efficient. We have had a very positive experience with Stephanie Macnab’s team. They accompanied many viewing and put a lot of effort in to sell our unconventional property. The team chased up all enquiries and kept us informed at all times. They are friendly, helpful and professional. The ‘chain’ situation got a little fraught and Sam in particular kept everyone calm (she should make relaxation tapes in her spare time!) when we next sell a property we will go to them.

Stephanie and the whole team there couldn't have done more for us. The put us at ease the whole time and we never felt under pressure (they even helped with our onward purchase that wasn't with them). All the team are friendly and are on hand if you need any advice, which we did! They recommended movers (Rileys of Southport, by the way, are amazing), solicitors and trades when we needed them. They went above and beyond and I can recommend them enough. (I'd give 10 stars if it would let me).

Our experience with Stephanie Macnab has so far been overwhelmingly positive. As a company they are very quick to respond to queries and they are prompt with the release of requested information. We couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. Others pale in comparison. She is non stop, chasing leads, viewings galore and isn't just about selling your property. She wants to find the right fit and listens to the buyers and the sellers needs, matching them beautiful. Her prices are more than reasonable, and packages clear and concise. Stephanie was an attentive & component estate agent, she spent as much time as we needed/wanted whilst we viewed the property (nearly an hour).She was very knowledgable about the property and even managed to get a trusted colleague, who was a surveyor, on video call to help us resolve a query about the house.Once the offer was accepted Stephanie has moved very quickly, chasing both parties and is certainly very proactive!I will certainly be recommending her services for anyone we know who are looking to sell their home in the area.

Stephanie was well prepared and knowledgeable at our valuation. Very professional photographs were taken on a date convenient to us and the house was on the market two days later with an open house planned for that weekend. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly, professional and efficient. Offer accepted and solicitors have been instructed just 8 days after photographs were taken!
