Could not recommend Stephanie and her team any higher if I tried, absolutely brilliant team. From valuation to sales negotiations, the girls in the office have supported and advised me every step of the way. As a single female I was worried about selling my house, but it has been a breeze with their support. I received full asking price within two weeks!! My house was not in Formby but they did in-depth research to price my house exactly and advertised it amazingly. Thank you so much! Will be recommending you to everyone.

Stephanie Macnab got us the home of our dreams - bungalows are hard to come by in Formby and we were fortunate to find the listing so quickly. The property photos and plans were excellent but there could have been a bit more descriptive content. We got a viewing fairly quickly on the Sunday, made an offer on the Monday and within 2 days the paperwork was done and is now with our Solicitors. Communication was at all times professional and friendly and we have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Where to start! What to say! Steph was stellar from the moment I first spoke with her arranging a valuation to sorting photographer a day later, to sending me 13 good quality viewers the next day... my house was sold in 48 hours.That was just the start though. My endless questions never went unanswered. The phone was picked up every time I called her. Even on a Sunday morning when I had a wobble about my ongoing purchase - she dropped everything to help us. Can’t thank her enough.

Amazing service - highly recommended!!!!After trying to sell our property for many months with 2 different national chains, I was delighted with Steph's service. Her attention to detail and ideas where a breath of fresh air compared to the very stale "were doing everything we can" that was sent to me by the national chains.Steph has produced an online video uploaded to social media, created virtual pictures to show furniture in the property, compared to the others who put it on right move only. Steph answers the phone at 9pm at night to maximise conversions which made a huge difference from the national in which for 8 continuous calls during office hours went to voice mail without response.I would definitely recommend Steph to anyone who wants someone who will work tooth and nail to sell their property to earn a commission as opposed to branch staff who are being content with with picking up a wage, regardless of success of the sale.

I'd just like to thank Simon and Steph for once again providing a first class service. I have used Wall and Macnab's surveys twice now and I have been 100% satisfied on both occasions. Arranging an appointment with Steph is very quick and easy. Simon's reports are returned very quickly which is amazing given the level of detail. The content is bursting with information as well as a huge number of visuals. Simon is also there to help with any queries you may have after you have had time to absorb the content of the report so you are left in no uncertain terms. The experience of selling our house through Stephanie Macnab has been excellent. Selling in such a fast paced market has been made much easier by the professionalism of the staff. Communication is outstanding, with updates at every stage of the process by the friendly but highly professional staff, who worked very hard for us to ensure we got the right buyer. Everything, from the pricing strategy professional photography, and open house viewing has been a breathe of fresh air. We particularly liked the viewing process, which, with over 30 viewers, would have been a nightmare without the open days, and the very efficient sales representative’s who ran them. All in all a great service from a dedicated team. We would highly recommend.

Most Estate Agents, look after their vendors (quite rightly so) and often don’t take the needs of the buyer into consideration.This has not been my experience with the team at the Formby office at Stephanie MacNab. From my first contact with office, I have been impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff. On viewing day the team member was well informed and preempted questions and answers with detail and knowledge. After my offer was accepted, I was contacted by a member of the sales team, and have been kept updated on progress.As a purchaser my experience has been extremely positive.

I've dealt with many estate agents over the years and can honestly say Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents are one of the best around. My experience with them is as a residential home buyer and prospective buy-to-let buyer. They are very good at what they do and the whole team all work together fantastically. It is easy to get in touch with them and if you need to speak to a particular member of staff and they are not available at that moment, they always call you back. The online property adverts are expertly put together. I can always tell that I'm looking at a Stephanie Macnab advert by the top-quality writing and professional photography. It's very easy to book an appointment and when an agent shows you around a property, they know their stuff and can answer questions (whereas some other competitors haven't got a clue). The best part of Stephanie Macnab is they are fantastic at keeping buyers and prospective buyers regularly updated. When we bought our new home through them in December 2021, it was a long drawn-out 8-month saga that had many delays due to problems further down the chain, but Stephanie Macnab did brilliantly to push everyone that they could (almost daily near to the end) and update me promptly. Without their help and persistence, the deal could have fallen through so my wife and I will be forever grateful to them because without their best efforts, we would not be living in our dream home right now. Thank you Stephanie Macnab Estate Agents!
