Steph is fantastic

Steph is fantastic. She listens and understands your desired outcomes and tailors her approach and service accordingly. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and turns things around extremely quickly. We had experienced a frustratingly slow, reactive process and minimal traction with another real estate. Steph took over and used a more modern and proactive approach. Within 48hrs we had 5 viewings, with more in the pipeline. Within 2 weeks we had an offer that exactly met our expectations. Whenever I see a house listed through Stephanie MacNab Estate Agents it puts me off from my past experience.... Firstly, rung up to enquire about viewing a house, ours was going onto the market by the end of the week (I rung about viewing at the weekend, baring in mind our neighbours sold within a week so we were in a good position + lots of hard savings!). I think their estate agents need some customer service and etiquette training, it was implied we couldn't afford the house we wanted to view, so what was the point of going further!! I ignored this rude comment and pressed on with scheduling a viewing. They then said there were 6+ viewings scheduled in throughout the week so again no point us viewing. I pressed saying we were in a good position and wanted to view. They still insistent it being 'pointless' and the fact we worked full-time and were only available later evenings or weekends wasn't going to work house hunting? Never heard of anything so ridiculous. Finally they were rounded off a terrible phone call by noting they going to best offers, probably immediately after our viewing... blind bidding! So we can 'no chance'. Absolutely horrendous. They are clearly rinsing the property market and sellers. Whenever I see a house on via Stephanie MacNab it puts me off & I actively look for other estate agents listing the same property or avoid all together.

Not All Estate Agents Are Equal…

I mistakenly thought that all estate agents were equal. I thought that Rightmove did the work. I was wrong! Stephanie MacNab are outstanding.
