My partner and I rented through Daisylets in East Dulwich for six years in a well maintained flat. Maxine and the team were very responsive, helpful and professional. We let our property through Daisylets. They are the worst agents we have encountered. The tenants kept all kinds of animals in the house and garden (snakes, meerkats, mice and dogs). Daisylets were supposed to visit the property regularly to ensure the house was taken good care of by the tenants. Unfortunately, they only visited once in 6 years. These dodgy tenants have now left and the property was left in a very bad condition. They left their belongings that they did not want in the property: dirty clothes in a wardrobe, dirty buckets on top of the shed, The attic is completely filled with cages of different sizes. Furthermore, the doors of the rooms upstairs were painted black. Some doors downstairs were missing. The carpets were full of animal urine. Just to name a few... It has been absolute hell to get some money (at least the amount of tenants' deposit) to get the house cleaned and throw their rubbish in a skip. In the end we did not even get the whole amount of the deposit. We would never recommend this estate agent to anyone. They may seem friendly and helpful at the beginning but not later on...
