Evicted over Christmas and new years under a landlords lie. Informed the landlord was selling the property due to rising tax costs, then to see the property back up for rent at a higher price. Check out was waived as the property was being redeveloped. Then to recieve emails 2 months later demanding more money to remove rubbish at the property that wasn't ours. To see the house listed empty and tidy this was an attempt of the landlord to make more money from us. The photos were also new as they had our lampshades and curtains present, and the property was spotless with no rubbish left. The property doesn't have the correct HMO license for the amount of tenants. Boiler was broken the entire time and they wouldn't install a new one, simply paid the cheapest option to have a power flush... which did nothing. Temperatures below the liveable temp, 2 bedrooms located within these dangerous living conditions Due to leaving our tenancy early under a lie. We had to pay extra for cancelling subscriptions

We had a great experience with Rebecca showing us a property. She was very knowledgeable of the flat and surrounding area. Most importantly she gave us the time to look through the property at our own pace, which was excellent as when we had viewings at previous properties with different letting agents, we felt very rushed and left feeling as if we hadn’t actually seen the flat! Horrible service. Ally Wallman was very slow to respond and then pulled the offer at the last minute. She also seems to use procedures which are not secure, such as asking you to send a selfie with your ID via email. Please do not use these agents. Absolutely dreadful.

I definitely would not recommend Daisy Lets to anyone. Nella was very good at communicating before I moved into my flat with my partner. However, ever since we moved in, the communication with Collette has been shocking. We moved in on the 14th August and there were multiple issues. We even had to get a second key cut ourselves. We keep emailing to chase about getting problems sorted (broken bed, missing bike shed key, broken blinds etc). These issues have been outstanding ever since we moved in and we have no idea when they'll be resolved. I think we'll have to resort to visiting Daisy Lets in-person. We've also had a major issue with the parking - free allocated parking was advertised with the flat but due to previous tenants losing the permits and a new permit not being ordered for us, we ended up with a parking ticket.

When we (girlfriedn and I) were looking for a place Daisy lets was great in accommodating and meeting our needs. As tenants there were a few initial problems (broken dishwasher and very old refrigerator) when we moved in but Maxine was able to rectify it quickly. She was in my personal experience, helpful and understanding. Which is why I dont understand the low ratings.
