The Good Estate Agent have managed and rented my property for about 20 years. Most of this time I have been very happy with the service provided. However, a couple of years ago it became clear that the quality of the service provided by The Good Estate Agent had deteriorated considerably. I was on the brink of changing to another property management company. Thankfully however, there were changes made in the team managing my property. The recent service provided by the new team has been much better. I have therefore remained with The Good Estate Agent.

Was selling a modest flat. The fees and add-ons quoted by the usual suspects were completely disproportionate to the value of the property. The Good Estate agent charged a much more realistic 1%+VAT. Not only that, their fee included accompanied viewings, which I didn't expect. Ongoing dialogue with the local agent and a quick sale at the market price made the whole process a very smooth one.

In fact, let me highlight this was our first time buying & renting a BTL, had zero experience and a lot of questions. I was using The Good Estate Agent company represented by Mark Garner in Walsall area. The Agent is very professional and helpful. I was always updated with information between me and my house buyer regarding conveyancing process from the beginning to the end. Very fast in decision making and responded quickly. He knows the market and from the very beginning build up trust. I sold my house within a weekend. I had 5 viewers and offer of my house for sale was online from Friday. Over the weekend I had 4 offers to choose from. Highly recommend. 3 of them were above asking price so had more money towards deposit for new one.

Me and my boyfriend started looking for a home in the Handforth area in January 2021. After looking for a while, we found what we thought was our perfect home. Unfortunately, this ended up falling through, so we kept looking. Tom and Tracy from the good estate went above and beyond to find me and my boyfriend the most perfect home, after us thinking we would never find it. We cannot recommend them enough for what they did for us. They are friendly, professional and overall great people who want nothing more than to secure you your dream home. Not the service we expect from a good estate agent. We booked for a viewing on their website, and we could not receive any confirmation emails/calls for the viewing. Then, all of a sudden, a phone call from an agent called us to say that we missed the viewing slot.In the end, the agent said the appointments are not confirmed until approved. Then I wonder... why the first appointment was confirmed without a confirmation email...Very ineffective communication. Think thrice before using their services.
