If you want an honest no-nonsense estate agent who you can trust completely then choose The Good estate Agent . Mark from the Sunbury branch was so supportive from start to finish and always went the extra mile when required , especially when aspects of the sale became quite challenging . Charges a fair rate for excellent service and is a human being too. Delivers what he promises.

Absolutely top marks to Kellie George at The Good Estate Agent for being a complete star throughout all the processes of my house sale. The online details brought out the best of the property's features, she handled all the viewings, was an excellent negotiator, and responded quickly to texts or calls. It was particularly reassuring to know it would always be her at the end of the phone and not someone unknown in an office team. She has just the right blend of professional and friendly, and was unfailingly helpful and cheerful. She certainly more than earned The Good's (very competitive) fee, and I can't recommend her highly enough.

We took ownership of our new flat for rental and within 10 days a tenant had moved in. From start to finish we were kept informed on all requirements to make sure the flat complied to standards. In addition, we had input on which tenant we wanted and we were reassured throughout on the legal aspect. Our agent was honest with us throughout the process and we will certainly have no concerns when we are ready to do it all over again with our next property. Very refreshing to find an agent that goes over and above to help the customer.

Having used many estate agents over the years and all of them "over promising and under delivering".. working with kellie from the "good estate agents" has been a breath of fresh air.. she got a sale quickly and for a very good price on our property in canterbury kent . She was 100 % proactive and always on the end of the phone regardless of time of day .. a fantastic mediator between buyer & seller & solicitors.. much needed in these uncertain times with a pandemic worldwide. Selling & buying can be very stressful as it is but kellie was very professional always calm and chasing the sale to push it through.. I would encourage everyone to try a different approach & use " the good estate agent " especially when the staff are as good as kellie & the rates are better value than the high street for a far superior service.

Gibson & Gammon have now sold this property twice, on both occasions within days of entering the property market, dealing mainly with Natalie and Sam, we have found them both to be so individually experienced in their own fields, they have always kept us up to date with replies from viewers, and ever so polite on the phone, selling a property is a stressful situation at the best of times never mind in the middle of a Pandemic, this agency is really good and its client fees will take some beating.

This agent and franchise opportunity was a good fit for me. From my current business I had leads and thought it made sense. I used the network to sell houses for family and friends. It worked well. So, I signed a six year franchise agreement with the business. They cancelled this after sometime and sold the franchise to another. It was conducted in an underhand manner with little dialog with me.During this time I was ill and undergoing treatment for a condition, a very personal one. Additionally, I had another business ongoing and needed to concentrate on my core income. If they had discussed this with me they'd know more about the how, when and if I'd be able to return.I told them I'd return in 2020 after I was better and I'd help anyone new in the area.They even they even renewed my email and password in recent weeks as I'd commissioned leaflets. Interestingly this created a lead that was sent to another colleague and not me. Then Covid 19 happened and with a family I'd been reluctant to get out chapping doors for business. Thinking this would be understood naturally is where I went wrong. They unceremoniously dumped me their most successful Scottish agent and so called franchise owner in an email. It must have been hard for them collecting my franchise payment monthly. Which I have paid for almost a year dispite not being able to work.So that's the facts as I see it. Please just use them when considering the franchise, because if they find another looking to buy what you have they will sell. I am speaking to another two estate agents who'd love my services. Even part time.... Because I work on commission only. Not so much the good estate agent as the mildly better than bad estate agent. Who are really poor when it comes to HR, Colleague engagement and training.

Tracey patten of good estate agent, Handforth replied to my enquiry with a bungalow not yet on the market, together with a 4 bed property alternative. My dad liked the bungalow, and, through Tracey the offer was made and accepted in a matter of a week or two. We are most pleased with what Tracey did for us, genuinely, nothing was too much trouble for her from further viewing and storing things at the property pre moving in. Estate agents generally are seen as the same professional level as timeshare agents, car dealers and recruitment consultants but Tracey bucks that trend, a nice person and professional. I’d had my property on the market for about 6 months with no movement, it was abit of a unique sell and the company I was using admitted to not really knowing how to sell it, I went and talked with Tracey who within a week had been round for photos and had it online, in the first month with the good estate agent we had the property sold, I was very impressed with her efficiency and how smooth the whole process was made, I’d recommend her to anyone and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m selling

The quality of their service and their professionalism in every aspect of their business was outstanding. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to rent a property in Falmouth or surrounding areas. Whilst all of the staff were helpful and pleasant in the delivery of their service I would like to make particular mention of Sophie in her very demanding front of house position, she was always prompt in dealing with any problems and requests whether by personal visit or email. At the conclusion of my tenancy the termination procedures and the prompt return of my deposit could in no way be faulted. You tried very hard to secure a sale, but it didn't work out. Due to the long exposure and poor quality photographs I decided to go with the agent acting on behalf of the property I had had my offer accepted for as they would be highly motivated to move things along.

We decided we would like to sell our house and hopefully move into a bigger home in a better location for our expanding family! We met with a few estate agents who came to value our home etc one of them was Julie Tuckey from the good estate agent and instantly we had a great vibe from her and we knew we wanted to go ahead with her especially with how fantastic her charges are in comparison to other estate agents who definitely do NOT give you the personal service you receive with Julie ! She sorted absolutely everything and we basically did nothing .. she sold our house in a week and we are now happily enjoying our new family home ! Can not recommend her enough. Our first introduction to The Good Estate Agent was via an advertising flyer.We were taken by the sale options offered and decided to make contact to find out more. After discussion and queries answered we decided to go ahead.Our agent Willie McBey then managed all aspects of getting our house on the market.We were delighted with photographs of our property and with the review written of our home.We sold within 4 months of our property being advertised with The Good Estate Agent -a fantastic result as at that time the sale of properties in our area was very slow.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
