The agent viewed my flat before the renovation was finished and brought prospective tenants round the following weekend. They were all referenced and ready to move in as soon as the flat was ready only 3 weeks later so no need for marketing on this occasion - very impressed.

It is really important to me as a 'distant' landlord that I can trust my agent to react quickly to tenant's needs, whether that be repairs, general maintenance or finding new tenants. I feel that the relationship I have with The Good allows me to feel safe in the knowledge that I am doing the best for all my tenants. I would recommend The Good to any landlord.

We are in the process of buying a house, Michelle Ferbrache from “The Good Estate Agent” is our estate agent and really lives up to the name! She has been very proactive, friendly, available, hardworking and also seems to actually care about her customers on the buying and selling sides. This is a big difference from other local estate agents and we would recommend her.

We had a small issue with an agent at the the beginning of our renting process. The agent himself dealt with it in a superb way. We were also contacted by the MD, Rob, who was exceptionally professional and kind. He made sure that everything was sorted and he also sent us a gift to apologise. Absolutely dreadful! Agent didnt have a clue what he was doing, took 2 weeks to get it on line but had to do pictures twice as they were so bad, never again!

We used Richard from the Good Estate Agent Soham to sell our house in Newmarket and he did an excellent job from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, whether it was arrangements for viewing the property or dealing with questions throughout the sales process. He even managed to secure full asking price. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
