Nadia Alexander-Khan, our agent, was very positive and proactive in everything she did. Nadia also communicated very clearly and regularly so we knew what was happening. Contacted The Good Estate Agents about a house that was recently put on the market for rent. Was sent a text saying that viewings were already booked in for a certain day, and that if it didn’t go we would be informed. We weren’t even offered a viewing for the property, and our details weren’t even taken.Enquired about registering our details with them and didn’t even get a response. This is the first estate agents that have displayed pretty poor communication, so we will be avoiding them in future.

All of our applicants are registered automatically when they apply online or book a viewing online so this is very rare. I booked a viewing appointment online for a Wednesday on the day before, I had a phone call from the agent saying they couldn't do that day, the next available day was the following Monday evening, they must be very busy.I had a conformation email but for a Sunday booking, i went online and changed it to the original Monday booking, i received an automated reply telling me to wait for a confirmation, no such conformation arrived or any other communication.As a buyer not good service at all, if i was the seller i would be furious.I am a seasoned property investor and have dealings with lots of different agents and I appreciate things can change but this has put me off this company from a buyer and seller perspective.

Hi Molly, Sorry to hear you have had a bad experience. We try to make things easy by allowing you to request a viewing online. Most of the time this works well but there are limits and we have to check with multiple parties including the owner before confirming. In this case we had to reschedule and can only apologies for the inconvenience.

We have today completed on the sale of our flat with the assistance of Michelle. The agent fee was very competitive and the level of service was faultless and Michelle was always available for advice and to chase up the solicitors. Disappointed to say the least, after viewing a property I was told by “Gerald” I would be receiving the registration forms to fill in by 4.30pm that day , I text the company and Gerald and they had no decency to contact me back to even at least let me know that they wouldn’t be sending me the forms or that I’d been unsuccessful … so unfortunately for me it’s “the not so good estate agent”

Utterly shocking experience with these guys twice over this year both in the buying and now then renal side. Physically avoiding any rentals that are managed by these guys, even if it the perfect place.The agent called back after leaving this reference and gave a terrible attitude about this claiming to be working alone - claiming he's doing us favours - and basically confirmed this review over.This same person is now sending me insulting text messages.
