I would like say big thank you to Chris who helped us to sort everything with our flat to be let. Firstly we meet him when we went to see the flat and after this when we met him how much he put effort about selling flat we was so happy to asked him to help us in the further. We didn’t wait long Time 😃 we bought flat and them he helped us with renting. Really good communication, answer for all questions and always smiling :)Totally recommend this Agency I already pass his details to other people!

I can't see why people use this agency…

I can't see why people use this agency for houses in London. We tried to book a viewing yesterday for today, and were given a tentative booking for this morning. We were told to await confirmation. Several mails later, and only a half hour until we were due to see the house, we got a mail saying it wasn't possible. Why not let us know yesterday, so that we could book to see another house? Not impressed

Been a franchise owner with the business for just over 18 months and the support from start to finish has been amazing. Absolutely highly recommended!!!Morgan Young is definitely a GOOD Estate agent. I was very lucky to have had Morag recommended to me. I live in Canada and needed to put a property in Ashford, Kent, UK on the market during the pandemic. Morag in UK took the task at hand and did such an excellent job. We only met through email and corresponded via email the entire time and she treated me like a close good friend would. Morag went way above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. Because I live so far away and with restrictions in place, I am unable to fly back to UK to empty out all the furnitures and household things I left inside the property when the sale was almost finalized. Morag was so kind to arrange the donation of the furniture, packing, moving and storing of all the rest of the household items I wanted to keep. She personally had to pack and haul a lot more of the items to the storage (which she also arranged for me) with the help of her son using her personal vehicle. You may not get another real estate agent like Morag! She made sure that everything was to my satisfaction and ensured to send pictures of the property as well.Morag Young is very professional, diligent and is very much an amazing real estate agent!Thank you so much Morag!

I instructed Terence Cunningham from the Good Estate Agent because I liked his approach and no hard sell like some other EAs can be. I was selling my late Mother’s house so a hard thing for me to do; but Terence took great care during a very difficult sale (the buyers were a nightmare) but he pushed through the sale. Communication from him was first class either through WhatsApp or phone. Thoroughly recommend.

I have been really impressed with the marvellous services received from Charley Christopher at The Good Estate Agent.I had never heard of this estate agent in the past. The reason why I had chosen Charley was because other estate agents were not willing to help me look for lodgers as they were only interested in finding tenants for me.Charley was very patient with me when I needed to change different rooms and different descriptions for each room a few times.We had tried for two months and eventually I had to made a decision to move out myself in order to find a tenant instead.As soon as the advert was changed, my property was let within 3 days.I am extremely grateful to Charley and her team for their time, attention, understanding and tremendous help in every aspect of this letting.I am more than happy to recommend Charley to my friends in the future.Thank you so much for everything Charley.Please continue keeping well and safe.xx

Handforth -Cheshire We tried selling our apartment with two large estate agents over a 12 month period, but neither succeeded. Then Tom from the Good Estate Agent sold it in 2 days! He asked us lots of questions about the property to properly understand what people would be buying, and then targeted it to those who he thought would be interested. It worked, as the next thing we knew we had received an offer. Tom is very professional and works hard to understand what is required from all parties. I would definitely recommend this agency.

Simeon Rains (Macclesfield Agent)

Simeon Rains (The Good Estate Agent Macclesfield) was the agent selling the house I bought. The advert for the house on rightmove was very professional and the video tour really insightful, this made us feel like we knew the house before we had even step foot inside. I contacted Simeon at 6pm and he arranged a viewing the next morning in no time at all, we ended up putting in an offer that day and we got accepted. During the purchase of the house any question I had Simeon was very fast to answer no matter what time or day it was and the knowledge he has of the Macclesfield area is second to none. If I ever do come to sell I would definitely be using Simeon.

I recently put my house up for sale through Simeon Rains, The Good Estate Agent in Macclesfield and luckily sold it to the first people who walked through the door. The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally easy as Simeon was extremely knowlegeable, helpful, always contactable and on the ball with anything that I wasn't sure of or needed an answer to.Coincedentally I then ended up buying my new house through Simeon and once again I can't specify enough how 'hands on' he was to answering any queries I had. He was an excellent go between for me, my purchasers and my vendors. Just sold our house with Michael

Just sold our house with Michael. We had exceptional service from start to finish. Our professional photos were taken the day after we signed up with him, all of the viewings were handled by the estate agent and condensed into one afternoon for our convenience. All offers were negotiated by Michael himself and our house was sold for asking price within two weeks of it being listed! We were then moved out within three months! Everything we needed was done promptly and efficiently. Cannot recommend Michael and his team more.

I chose The Good Estate Agent because I know they are a family-run business and I felt they would deal with the sale on a very personal basis.The sale of my parents house was very poignant for me. It was my family home that had been built by my grandparents and in our family for 84 years, so I was going to be picky about who I would give the sale to.Peter is an extremely experienced agent and I knew he was the right person to sell the property. I even explained the type of buyer I would hope for and he totally took this on board and promised he'd find the right buyers.Within 6 weeks of the property being on the market, we had an offer, which we accepted. Tracey in the office then efficiently took over the progressing of the sale. Both she and Peter kept us fully informed and followed our every instruction. The buyers were exactly the type of family I'd hoped for and we are very pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Good Estate Agent.

I moved from Florida to the state of Washington. Dealing with realtor's are a headache! Selling our house in Florida was an experience but buying a house in Washington was suicidal!!! After meeting 3 or 4 realtors I finally met Sheri Ognianov at Windermere in Camas, Wa . She was very understanding and listened to what both my husband and my wants and needs. Several areas we looked in , Sheri checked on travel times, nearest stores... schools. Gave me advice on restaurants, grocery, and every thing I could think of . After many towns , many houses , many almost offers..we have found our fantastic home .
