GoogleFast and efficient. Spoke to them regarding a possible sale or maybe letting. We requested information from 5 agents. Only 2 got in touch quickly. Arranged an appointment and after having a good chat regarding selling or letting we decided to rent the property due to our time constraints. The letting was arranged in one day after a video of the flat was sent to a potential client already on their books. The whole process was completed within 2 weeks. Excellent service fuss free.

GoogleFrom the moment I walked into the Folkestone office and had my introductory conversation I felt that this estate agent stood out from the ones which I had previously visited : the courteousy, politeness and most of all the professionalism. My first impressions turned out to be correct in what proved to be a longer than expected period to sell. In spite of some setbacks with the sale, all of the Bairstow Eves staff continued to act professionally at all times, arranging new viewings, always giving feedback until the right buyer came along. It has been a pleasure to work with Bairstow Eves and if I were to sell another property in the Folkestone area I would go straight to them.

GoogleI have been in the business of renting out my property for a long time and I have to say that Louise I've is an incredible asset to Bairstow Eves. As a Landlord, it can be stressful renting out a property, particularly as I live abroad, but she took that stress away. They are a little more expensive than I have been used to, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Thank you so much for your service and I will certainly use you again!
