GoogleIt might depend on who you have - but for me I found my contact had a lot of charm and said the right thing, but you later discover it's lip service and they didn't follow through. My property was really badly marketed, and their priority seems to be to get everyone to sell via auction and put a lot of pressure on trying to get you to do this - even though this misses out on a lot of potential buyers. I wished I'd looked around before I tried them - I wasted a lot of marketing time being with them, I should have just gone straight to another agency and got my property advertised elsewhere sooner.

Very reassuring knowing the details she goes into seeing as I have my house on the market with Wards and Alex doing my viewings. Ellie, who has shown us the property was great, pleasant, helpful and reassuring after long day of viewings. She treated us more like friends than clients. Thank you again and good luck!

She definitely sold the house to us! Throughout the process we had a large amount of contact with Callum who was able to answer any questions we had and also gave us a second viewing where he helped with measurements.
