From the moment I enquired about a valuation, Charlie came out within a few days and explained the pricing clearly and thoroughly, which gave me real confidence moving forward. She had the property on the market within a week and really did her research, making everything feel so easy and seamless. The whole team, including Ellie, Ollie, and Callum, were so helpful when it came to arranging and booking viewings, nothing was ever too much trouble, and their support made everything run smoothly. However, the real star of the show was Lucy. Spoke to Lewis in the Folkestone branch who was very knowledgeable about the current market and mortgage rates which is very reassuring as a first time buyer. We were served with a section 21 no fault eviction notice. I phoned up Wards regarding a property that i saw advertised, and a lovely lady called Jade dealt with my phone call. She was very honest about the property I was interested in viewing, telling me that the landlord was looking to sell this property in the future. After taking all my details, she informed me of a property that was just about to come onto the rental market. We were interested but wouldn't be able to view for a couple of weeks as we were going on holiday. After an hour of getting off of the phone, Jade called me back to say the landlord had dropped in the keys, and we were able to arrange a viewing for that afternoon.
