Keryn showed us around a beautiful property on Saturday- We were really impressed with her knowledge of the period property and the little less obvious details she pointed out- we were also struck by her genuine nature and very human approach to the showing. It was unusual to have a people-centred outlook shared by an estate agent, so very impressed with this agent. Although the property wasn't the one for us, but the agent really impressed us.

Sam Wilmer was extremely helpful and professional in dealing with the tenancy problems. My only complaint would be the difficulty getting through to the right contact sometimes when telephoning Wards.

To start with, we had to do the majority of our viewings ourselves, as they never had anyone available. Then they recommended a buyer, for less than we wanted. Convinced us they were a good buyer, then after the house was off market for two months we found out the buyer was never in a position to proceed. Didn't have stamp duty. Wards are supposed to vet buyers, that's what we pay them for. Would not recommend.

GoogleHad a friendly experience with Wards Folkestone. Generally everyone in the office was amazing, but Ellie was absolutely amazing everytime I needed guidance especially when feeling stresses and unheard. If ever I were to buy again I would walk right into their front door and ask for them to help.

Thank you, Leah Peacock! We had multiple issues with the house we rent out and Leah worked tirelessly on our behalf chasing quotes and organising an electrical refit as well as a new boiler installation. On top of this, we had to have a tree removed, too!! We cannot thank her enough for her patience, good humour and professionalism whilst guiding us through this process. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we really appreciate it.

GoogleWe decided to sell for the for the first time a few weeks ago and wasn’t sure how to go about it. Everything seemed confusing and it was difficult to get estate agents to pay attention. We signed with Wards and quickly felt at ease and totally supported, Greg was on hand whenever we needed him and made the whole process comfortable and took all of our needs into consideration. Having not sold before, I was anxious about the whole process and the stigma attached to estate agents however from the first meeting with Anna at Wards in Walderslade, any pre conceptions were very quickly wiped away. The whole process was fairly straight forward and having the whole team on hand at any point to help was great. Each time you dealt with someone you felt as though they actually knew who you were and treated you with respect and provided honest updates. I found all the staff very helpful and got back to me quickly when I left messages, but the best person for me was Maria Meddings as she acted as a go-between me and the buyers solicitor which made things a lot easier and if it wasn't for her I don't think the completion would have happened. She was very kind, thoughtful and very helpful in everything. Five out five.

I have had my Property listed with another Agent for around a month or so and started Recently Looking around in the Folkestone area to purchase a property. I did the usual And emailed around Many agents in the folkestone area To find my dream property. By Far Wards Have been truly exceptional and exceeded my expectations in everyway they possibly could. Charlie, Ollie, Ellie and Callam have all been amazing and their communication is by far the best i have had in my experience so far. They are Friendly, relatible and are all a true asset to your company.
