Used the site sent numerous emails looking for feedback on respite care to various homes …got one call back from a care home.
Dear Mr McDonald,Thank you for leaving your review and the subsequent emails we have exchanged.It is really disappointing that you only received one call and one email from the homes you contacted; I completely agree that this is not good enough. As discussed, we have spoken to five homes, and whilst they may not be able to provide the respite care you need, I hope they can provide you with some options. We will continue to contact the other homes. The team at carehome.co.uk are working incredibly hard to improve our product, and enhancing the visibility of how care providers respond to care seekers is a vital part of our roadmap. Wonderful site! Obviously it’s only as good as the publics truthful reports but it also displays the CQC reports. Great way to search for certain category homes. It was a life saver for us to find mum a home.

Very responsive. Listened to my concerns. Provided a good list of care homes. Knocked off one star because the lady forgot to ask me for a post code or area I was looking for which delayed their response time.
