We had a visit from Occupational Therapy Nurse at mums previous carehome (March) and mum was withdrawn, quiet, clearly upset, very depressed. Mum had said to us she felt worthless because she didn't have a purpose the Occupational Therapy nurse was quite concerned about her and would give us some ideas to help with how she is feeling and would visit again. We found out she was moving the Springvale Court on 7th April. The Occupational Health Nurse revisited (10th April) and was amazed at how mum had changed. Mum was chatty, cheeky, full of fun, I barely had to say anything. The nurse asked is this the same woman I met a month ago. The nurses assistant told mum ''hello my name is Matt'', mum said ''that's is not what your badge says, it says Matthew''. The visit was full of chat and giggles. Makes my heart sing to see her like this. The staff from the moment mum arrived have made a huge difference in her life, the chit chat, the care they give. They are all awesome.

My Uncle was abit unsure about going into a care home but the staff at Aden Mount have made his transition very welcoming. All staff are compassionate and friendly. They provide an excellent and professional service so much so my Uncle seems more relaxed being here and it’s heart warming to see. Carehome.co.uk's helpline service was great. I had a really tricky situation with the council trying to source a temporary care home place for my mother-in-law and being completely unsure about how the process works. I spoke to Janene and she drew up a shortlist of homes and has kept in touch since providing excellent support, explaining how things work and referring me to sources of further help such as Care Rights UK and Age UK. The service is invaluable.

I thought it would just be a service that automatically sent my e mail to different homes. But it's more than that. I spoke to Laura who was wonderful. She asked questions about what my family was looking for and the care needs of my parent. She then pretty much let me offload and listened sympathetically. I felt so reassured after speaking with her. I recieved homes details very quickly and then had contact with them directly. Laura also followed up with emails.

My dad has been diagnosed with a brain tumor he is in elderhome care home in clatterbridge wirral he is on end of life care now and takes 18 tablets a day he is being well looked after the care staff are exeptionally brilliant at what they do they are all superstars and i think they should be awarded best care home on the wirral my dad is stable pain free gets his 3 meals a day the staff are on call every 5 minites if we need them im very happy my dad is in elderhome and when me and my mum visit we are offered tea buiscites my dog stella is allowed in to visit everyone is very welcoming staff visitors and residents my dad has been a resident now for 2 months ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍❤️👍❤️

My Aunties care home was closing and we had to find alternative care for her, I found this service by accident and registered with them. I spent an hour telling them about my Auntie her condition, her symptoms, behaviours and personality and then they matched many possible care home solutions for me. 4 days later I had selected a new place for her. They were kind compassionate and amazing with my predicament. Anyone lost in the minefield of finding a caregiver should contact them, they really took a large burden and made it more bearable. It kept asking for more personal information before I even got to the application, then lost my whole 10 minutes work when I scrolled back to check some details. What a great caring service, the representative I spoke to was to say the least amazing. I was asked in a clear friendly unhurried manner to explain what I was looking for, the area I needed it to be in and for any special requirements to support care going forward. I was then sent a list of a number of local care homes who had the facilities needed and they (with my permission) were sent my requirements. The result was, I was contacted by the homes, which I visited and selected the one best suited. A fabulous service that took most of the hard work out of what was likely to be a very stressful time.
