Having worked in healthcare as a registered nurse in hospitals and care homes I can honestly say that this care home must be one of the best, the staff are absolutely amazing with the residents that is all the nursing staff, cleaners cooks, entertainment and handyman. Our cousin who is 83 has been a resident here for 3 years absolutely loves it, before COVID he had a very good social life outside the home he was taken on bus trips ,the pub and church socials. The staff have been excellent during COVID putting measures in place to ensure the safety of the residents before been told to by the powers that be, as a result no one became ill with COVID-19

A good service as it gains the care home customer a *genuine* review that has been vetted and you can rely on! The reviewer has to jump a few hoops to get the review verified but it's in the best interests of customers and I approve.

TrustpilotGreen Trees care home Barnet
Mums worse nightmare was going into care,having lost the use of her legs and all the other problems associated with dementure mum went into Green trees in Hadley wood barnet after a long spell in hospital. Being a fussy eater she would not eat the hospital food and survived for several weeks on protein shakes. The home is small only about 16 residents, the food is cooked to requirements (very important) she is now eating well, the staff are excellent, the manager got her a special chair, on the few times I have seen her over the last year she looks clean and smart in her own clothes,In normal times there would be entertainment a few days per week, the house is an Edwardian building with a small garden and good parking, most importantly she is settled and happy.

Very helpful advisor immediately understood what we needed for our elderly mother who was in hospital following a surgical procedure. She tailored her search exactly as we requested and sent us many helpful links as well as a shortlist of suitable places. Under no circumstances rely on this bias website to select a home. They only publish positive reviews. Totally and utterly unreliable. Had horrendous experience of care home in Eastbourne for my mother in law, which had excellent reviews on here. When she was moved for safe guarding issues home was inspected by adult social services it was that bad and yet following all the guidelines on Carehome website to leave a review, they refused to post it and would give no reason and then suggested legal action. Do not rely on this website under any circumstances. They are financed by the care homes they post reviews on so they are not going to bite the hand that feeds them.

I really appreciated Janene's clear and friendly giving of info and prompt search for suitable care homes for respite care. So very helpful! Although my Mum didn't want to follow through, I will come back if we need something in the future.

Really helpful staff and loads of helpful information sent to us which we have utilised. The only reason I gave not given full marks is that the care homes contacted have not all responded and that their search went outside our preferred search area, which would not have been a problem except for the ULEZ.

SUCH A . BIG CON!!!!What an absolute atrocity. Misleading millions into thinking that this carehome review site is in any way honest or impartial. They only allow positive reviews and DON'T allow any mention of abuse or negligence. This is what we relied on to find a place for out Mum. But we had to find out the hard way that it's a false representation!!!What is the point of it and who actually runs it? They MUST be in cahoots with the care homes they protect!

Agree with other reviews this website and company are complete joke and quite worrying what bias reviews they publish Kept review I sent in about care home my father had stayed in moderation on and off for 20 days in which time they supposed to send it to care home also so they said! Then waited another 10 days as when review was published live within a day was withdrawn as care home had challenged it! Err this supposed to happen in the 14 days prior! Was then sent email saying not publishing review due to not meeting “content standard” which it did completely! (A joke)Quite worrying as they obviously happy to protect care homes with perfect reviews to determent of bad reviews for potentially vulnerable residents in care homes Needless to say as i work with some the government depts and authorities and will expressing my concerns to them about this company and website Thank god for google impartial reviews !

Very helpful specially at a very sad and upsetting time, need ti get a care home as 89 mother was being released from hospital and still needing 24hr care .
