Wish I had known when we started looking at care homes the service which could be provided. Mid way through our search we found it exhausting and confusing. The Care help team handler was so kind and so helpful. She kept in contact throughout. All for free too with no catches. A really professional service and took a lot of the pain away by doing all the contact with care homes

Lizzie the lady who helped me with the awful decision of putting my father into care. She was understanding and very caring .She listened to the requirements I needed, and acted on them. It only took a couple of days before the home contacted me. We had 1 other home contact us but it was too late.

Within hours received messages from several care homes and set-up assessment visits from three interested care homes within a few days. My mother who has complex needs is being evicted from her nursing home for being LA funded. When I told our advisor Laura about this she was incredibly sympathetic, took down all my mother's needs, and created a list of suitable homes within a couple of days. She approached the homes and constantly checked in with us - always showing kindness and a true desire to help in a time of need.

Holly has always been professional and has responded to emails in a timely manner. She did provide details of a number of nursing homes, a few of which were outside the designated London borough, so therefore not suitable, but her search was very helpful.

Pleasant conversation over the phone. Followed up promptly with a list of suitable care homes in the location I had requested. Some had already been contacted by carehome.co.uk and got in touch with me followed by others in the next few days. So I have been able to make progress quickly with choosing a suitable home for my grandmother with dementia.
