Horrendous agents. Zero customer care. Sent an agent for a viewing that admitted had never even been to the property before, could not answer any basic question asked and stated was in a rush as had to attend a viewing with someone else soon. Awful company, no apparant ethic - want a quick sale,Make their money and forget about the customer. Avoid at all costs.

Please beware di not let this company deal with your rental property I did the tenant trashed my house and Romans no deposit scheme means if the tenant don't agree she has 30 days to respond it goes to arbitration so it's all on the tenant side Romans did not manage the property properly either money for nothing awful customer service re the damage as well

**** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY ****Extremely bad service received especially from Stacey Cowap (property manager) they lie and are completely dishonest to try and keep your deposit money, if your are thinking about renting with them would strongly advise to think again and perhaps go with another more honest company who would less likely try and steel your deposit
