I was looking for a place to move. I was at the point when I felt that I’m gonna give up because I couldn’t find any suitable place to move at the right time. Then I found this place in the website which belongs to HAART Fleet. The officer I have spoken to was Christina Steer. I spoke to her about the property, the rest is history. She has proceeded from viewing until get the property. She was very energetic, enthusiastic and friendly. She explained me all the little details and helped me to get through this process. Hahaha avoid. Just avoid. In the short 8 months we rented with haart we faced a dangerous gas leak due to the dodgy builders that were working on site, had our water turned off on the hottest day of the year, a flood in our kitchen because the washing machine was never installed properly, drug addicts for neighbours and smelly overflowing bins right below our bedroom. Not to mention the mould and leaks in the corridors. We raised issues multiple times and after a while we were simply ignored. Pretty sure the apartment block was breaking multiple laws by allowing people to live there when it was a building site. They also tried to take £50 off our deposit for a 'minor mark on the oven'. We refused as the landlords had broken their side of the contract for the above reasons, and we left the flat in better condition than we had originally got it. When we refused, Nick (the guy we were emailing from haart) gave us the silent treatment. After around 2 months of chasing, we had no option but to go to TDS to get our deposit back. Haart even ignored them 😂 Avoid Haart as a tenant. They don't care about you. Also avoid them as a landlord as they do nothing to actually manage the property.
