GoogleI haven't seen this much pathetic property management in my entire life. For the last 3 months they can't even fix a light in the bathroom. The reason they are saying is that they haven't got permission from the landlord. Don't go for property letting from this agents until and unless u can fix all problems from your pocket. They really don't care about what is the problem.

GoogleI have previously left a review but am now updating to reflect the great service received from Charlie-Ann, Jordan and Oliver after our original sale fell through. Charlie-Ann in particular worked very hard to ensure everything went smoothly with our new sale, and I am pleased to say we are now in our new home. The communication was excellent and Charlie-Ann, and her colleagues, were a pleasure to deal with. Charlie-Ann was very proactive and went the extra mile for us in terms of ensuring the chain was kept informed of any progress and that all parties were working towards a completion date. She kept the momentum up right until the day of completion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Haart.
