I have been really impressed with Haart and in particular Ellie. The admin around renting the flat has been smooth and the portal is really helpful. Every time I asked a question I was always responded to by Ellie or her colleague in a prompt way. All in all I would recommend Haart to others needing to find an estate agent.

Shereen Smit at haart arranged for an electrical contractor to inspect the property to update the Electrical Installation Condition Report. As a result, some work needed to be done which she arranged. She then followed up afterwards to confirm that I was happy with the work that had been done. As on previous occasions, Shereen has been professional, efficient and friendly and I can highly recommend her services.

Unfortunately, my husband passed away unexpectedly on the 2nd September and as he was the breadwinner, I could not afford to stay in the flat, and had to give immediate notice to move out on the 30th September. I have been dealing with Shereen Smit, who has been wonderful and very professional in sorting things out for me and following up with the landlord in paying me back the deposit. We were renting our flat through Haart in Fleet for the last 6 years and we have had mostly a good experience with a few bumps along the way. Zain, Ellie and Shereen in particular were amazing. Ellie who I spoke with a few times over the phone regarding some problems we were having, she was always very friendly, polite and got a prompt answer or resolution for us. Zain was lovely and also very friendly when showing people around the flat when we were due to move out. He was accommodating to my husband’s work hours as he worked from home and made sure to not interrupt meetings etc. Shareen who was our main property manager, who we have been dealing with for a long time, she communicated well with us regarding updates, especially towards us moving out. The disappointments I do have overall was the lack in communication when we were without heating and hot water for over 2 weeks throughout the coldest part of winter whilst we waited for the landlords to come back to them for the problem to be fixed. We also had to wait a long time for the dishwasher to be replaced when that was broken. Although I am aware that these problems were not directly the agents fault, we were having to do the chasing a communicating our end rather then given updates from Haart themselves. Apart for those 2 hiccups, we had a great experience and were happy with service we received from Shereen.

Had a good experience using haart. Our letting agent was Zain, he was very good in helping us find our new home and was able to answer any questions we had. During the referencing process and leading up to moving in he assisted us with any queries we had. We had a few issues that meant a delay to our start date, and found that there was a bit of a lack in communication there, but both Zain and Sam were happy to give us an update whenever we called.
