I’ve had a fantastic experience dealing with Charlotte from Haart estate agents. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Charlie-Ann from Haart Estate agents helped us to buy our property last year and then to sell it again more recently after we completed our renovation. Charlie-Ann is always professional, arrives on time, kept us in the loop and was super organised with viewings and client feedback etc. We were able to sell our house quickly and for above asking price thanks to Charlie-Ann’s warm, bubbly personality and the fact that she always made everyone feel at home when viewing our property but also had all the knowledge and could answer any questions that they had. I filed an issue with our boiler on Haart's online portal. The following day Louis Elmer contacted us letting us know the issue has been forwarded to the landlord. Then once the landlord authorised the work he called us again to let us know the contractor will contact us to discuss when it's a good time for us to have a look at the boiler. Once the work was done Louis Elmer contacted us again to ensure the work has been carried out. Haart in general have a great system in place for managing rented properties but Amy Meades made checking out of our rented flat an absolute breeze. I've never left an apartment without having to argue about the deductions on the deposit for weeks or sometimes months. Amy made sure that as soon as the check out report was ready, she called to agree any deductions and even organised the work to happen in time to get our deposit back within a couple of weeks. Honestly it was such a personal service for the whole time we lived at the flat tight up to after we moved.

I have a amazing lady that looks after all that needs doing to my flat her name is Louise Eatwell nothing i ever ask is too much trouble for her to sorted, she is a amazing lady couldnt ask for a better person to liase with.
