I've been using Haart Estate and Letting Agents in Fleet for 18 months now and have always found their service to be first class. From my initial contact with Daniel Harley, who assisted with the transition from another, less able letting agent and Dane Baker, who has always been my first point of contact for finding and getting tenants settled in and dealing with day to day matters, I have never been kept waiting for replies or actions to be implemented. As time has gone on maintenence and tenant management matters have been handled very efficiently by Louise Eatwell and her team. It must also be mentioned that the backroom staff who handle rental payments and provision of monthly statements operate in a very professional and timely manner. Not once have I had to chase late rental payments or queery unknown expenditure.

I registered some maintenance issues in my new flat and had a call from Berangere the next day. Berangere was so friendly and understanding, she kept me in the loop with everything she had done. When the landlord was a bit slow and I contacted Berangere again she reassured me that she would sort it and let me know, within an hour she was arranging when the contractor could come over. Very impressed with the service and feel more than able to approach again, thank you Berangere!

Despite having to do the whole process during COVID-19, including wearing masks at viewings etc. Charlie-Ann made it really easy for us. Charlie- Ann is one of the most efficient persons I have ever come across. She is always ready to help, professional and friendly. She greets you with the smile and always lovely to talk to. She is full of information and keeps you updated all the time. If she says she will call you or email you, she does it straight away. She is just a perfectionist who is brilliant at what she does. I am sure she is a ‘True Gem’ for her company. Oliver is friendly and professional at the same time. We had a viewing with Oliver and we explained how the house was ok but was not very pleased with the surrounding of that particular property. After a while, when we started looking for another property he remembered what we wanted and recalled the first meeting we had. That made us feel valued and cared for. He is always willing to help and such a positive person. I highly recommend both Charlie- Ann & Oliver to my friends and family. They are very hard working and best at their job. Charlie-Ann Latimer has been nothing but the ultimate professional since the moment we met to view a flat. She greeted me with a huge smile and was so warm and welcoming, answering every question and query without hesitation. She has since been there as a helping hand with filling in paper work or queries about the property at any given moment of the day and replied almost immediately every time whether it was via phone or email.
