Charlie-Ann has been fantastic from beginning to end. As a first time buyer the process has been all new to me. Haart have been my letting agent for many years, looking after a small flat I own but rent out in Fleet. The staff have always been courteous and helpful. The initial contact we had with the lettings agents was very positive and they were very helpful and accommodating with our move. However once we were within the property that's where things started to drop off. We had multiple maintenance issues that were either just palmed back onto us or outright ignored. Contacting the haart Fleet property management team through email or phone (constantly being told the team were in a meeting) yielded nothing. This ended up with us escalating the issue to the area director who also didn't resolve anything. Finally when it came to checking out we were twice told we owed outstanding rent, which was false. It also took almost 2 months to get our deposit back despite the flat being left in very good condition with no disputes. We would not recommend renting with haart Fleet based on our experience.
