GoogleI would highly recommend Ray Cooke Auctioneers Finglas. We sold our house with the help of Eimhin. He was thorough and professional and always went over and above- he even helped us with general queries we had buying our new house through a different agency. The admin staff in the office were very efficient and courteous also. It was a seamless experience from start to finish and we are very happy with the price achieved for the property.

GoogleWhen we started looking for a house back in 2019 most of the houses we viewed were under Ray Cooke, we met Eimhin a good few times at different viewings and when we finally bought our first home April of this year Eimhin handed us our keys 😊 Eimhin it was a pleasure to deal with you through our journey all the texts, calls and emails you helped us greatly through it all! It was a 4 month process which was pretty quick in fairness. Eimhin thank you for all your help and for everything you did for us! Amy and Stephen

GoogleOur journey with selling the house has been a bumpy one - first buyers pulled out at the very last minute, which put us under a lot of stress with the property we were trying to buy. Luckily Eimhin and Ray kept out spirit up, put the property back on the market the day after and we went sale agreed after the second viewing. We have now successfully sold the house and purchased our dream home. Eimhin communicates well, was very responsive to our messages and followed through with the second buyer, to make sure things were progressing. He has supported us throughout the whole process and was very transparent with the progress. He handled buyers conversations well and always represented our business.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick when I was re- letting my apartment back in January 2020 He was very efficient and easy to deal with. He explained everything in clear detail about, what was to happen. He made the whole process so much easier and took over the viewings, vetted the new tennant, made up a new contract. It took a lot of work off my shoulders. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleEimhin managed a house sale for us and he was excellent. Communication throughout, advice and local knowledge couldn’t have been better. This sale was part of an executors estate and the sale of the house was by far the easiest thing to deal with compared to everything else. Definitely highly recommended ++++
