GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick when I was re- letting my apartment back in January 2020 He was very efficient and easy to deal with. He explained everything in clear detail about, what was to happen. He made the whole process so much easier and took over the viewings, vetted the new tennant, made up a new contract. It took a lot of work off my shoulders. I would highly recommend him.

GoogleEimhin managed a house sale for us and he was excellent. Communication throughout, advice and local knowledge couldn’t have been better. This sale was part of an executors estate and the sale of the house was by far the easiest thing to deal with compared to everything else. Definitely highly recommended ++++

GoogleWe have recently sold our house in Finglas with Ray Cooke auctioneers. We found Eimhin O’Donnell really helpful and professional. He organised everything really well even through the obstacles posed by the pandemic. He was always on hand to keep us informed on the progress and answer any queries we had. I can’t recommend him and the Ray Cooke team enough to anyone thinking of selling or renting their property.

GoogleWe sold our property in Lanesborough by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at the very first viewing. Their service was excellent and hassle free. We requested for extra hygiene measures for viewings and they did as we asked. We strongly recommend them if you sell. Thank you Ray and Even for everything.

GoogleFinally closed our first home and I couldn't have been more happy dealing with Eimhin. It's stressful enough buying a house but having a good agent certainly helped. He was transparent and knowledgeable with the property but most importantly, if he didn't know he would find out. He replied when requesting for access multiple times with no hassle. Top guy.

GoogleWhat could have been a long, arduous journey, turned out to be mainly stress free, thanks to the guys at Ray Cooke in Finglas. Eimhín, who was there from when we started to view properties, was there with us until the end. And through his recommendation to the in house mortgage broker Seán, we managed to find our dream home. Couldn't recommend these guys enough.
