GoogleI asked Ray Cooke Auctioneers to sell my house for me. The auctioneers name was James Bould. I have to say the service was excellent. They were very professional and had the house on the market and sold very quickly, for a price that I was very happy with. They even found alternative accommodation for the tenants I had in the house, which saved me a lot of trouble. I would definitely recommend James and Ray Cooke Auctioneers to anyone selling a house.

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Luke selling my property, I would highly recommend Ray Cooke for selling or buying any property. Luke was professional, informative, always at the other end of the phone, and always kept me updated and re assured of any worries or silly questions I had. They arranged everything that needed to be done for the sale as I had never sold a property before. They are without a doubt the best in the business, in my opinion. Also, Conor was also involved at the beginning, and he was great also.

GoogleI live abroad and used Eimhin at the Finglas office to manage the sale of my apartment. Eimhin was absolutely brilliant. He consistently went above and beyond what was expected of him. I am so grateful for his professionalism, expertise and dedication. He always took my calls, answered mails; never a problem to take up his time and solve whatever challenges came up. He took the stress out of the whole process, and made it completely seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eimhin if someone needs an estate-agent. He is top class !

GoogleThis is our first time renting a property under Ray Cooke and I couldn't recommend them enough! On the lettings side we dealt with James, who is amazing! Great communication, quick turn around after the viewing and eager to help with any questions since moving in. What I really appreciated was that he followed up with us a few weeks after moving in to ensure we had everything. Our property manager is Emma, who is also amazing! Always responds quickly to emails, even on small matters and diligently follows up on any outstanding issues. It's been such a smooth and easy process! I've been renting in Dublin over a decade now and Ray Cookes process is the best I've experienced! Personal but highly professional! 10/10!

GoogleEight years ago, I invested my pension fund in a property sourced by Ray Cooke Auctioneers at their Finglas office, who found suitable tenants and continued the management of the property during the following years. During that time, I always found the staff most helpful, especially in dealing with any problems as they arose and arranging for any ongoing repairs. When I decided to sell the property this year, they were effective in finding a positive buyer and following up on the selling process through its various stages. I would particularly commend James Bould, who was directly involved in seeing the sale through to completion. He was extremely attentive and kept in touch with regular updates on the progress of the sale. In summary, I never experienced any difficulties in relation to the property or in my dealings with Ray Cooke’s over the past eight years, all in all an excellent service.
