GoogleI am so happy to have dealt with Ray Cooke Auctioneers, Finglas. In particular Eimhin who was fantastic to work with. Eimhin was professional, respectful and yet a really friendly guy. This was the third estate agent I had used to try sell my house over the last few years and I cannot recommend them enough. From start to finish the process was straight forward, honest and most of all we felt listened to. Big thank you to Eimhin and wish you all the best for the future.

GoogleRented a property from ray cooke finglas and found out they tried to sell it but couldnt sell it cause it went into receivership. They then rented to us knowing the Bank was taking it back. Bank came about 3 months later and eviction with ray cook withholding the deposit. Please be careful renting from these shambles of a letting agent.

Googlei had a property for sale in Dublin. I live in Galway. Eimhin was exceptional. He rehomed the tenant that had been living at the property, and guided me through the legal requirements of same. He had a client list ready to view the property when it was vacant and had it sold within 3 days. he answered any queries promptly, all together the experience was painless. Well done all in Ray Cookes. And especially Eimhin.

GoogleWe finally got a house to rent. Because James Bould is so helpful and very accommodating specially when my wife and I visited Ray Cooke Finglas office, because we are so desperate to look for a place to rent. He entertained us even though we can only do the application via email. I will definitely recommend James because he is outstanding on his job.

GoogleApartment was listed in finglas, I have alerts set up for new listing so I seen immediately and sent email requesting to view. Heard nothing back so I called and was told the agent would follow up, left my details again. Few days later apartment is relisted, got the alert sent another email called again, left details. Told the agent would follow up to set up viewings. Called back again few days later, still no follow up. Over Xmas so i presumed maybe they were on holidays. First week of Jan apartment is marked as sold. Market is so good that apparently agents don't even need to arrange viewings anymore.

GoogleI’m reviewing as someone selling their home. I’d highly recommend Ray Cooke overall. Initially I dealt with Ross, at valuation. As soon as that was complete, Eimhin was my dedicated agent. Though the entire team were great, singularly, he was very well regarded by me. He was there every step of the way and took some of the stress and pressure away purchasing my new home , with valuable advice and calming conversations.

GoogleI just recently bought my apartment with Ray Cooke Auctioneers. Eimhin was the agent. I found the exact apartment I was looking for in an ideal location. Eimhin remembered the small details which where personal and very important to me. I just didn't feel like another person having another viewing, he made me feel I was important before and after it was sale agreed. My process took 5 months after sale agreed before I moved in due to Covid and timing and he kept in constant contact with me and always dealt with any queries no matter how small. He was friendly, honest and reliable. In fact he was a delight to deal with. Moving house is one of the most stressful things anyone can do and I felt Eimhin took alot of that stress and pressure away so thank you Eimhin.
