GoogleI rented a property with Ray Cooke and had a great experience. Patrick Redmond was the letting negotiator that conducted the whole process, he was extremely helpful, fast replying and super friendly! I was very impressed with Patrick's efficency, thanks to him I was able to rent the property that I'm currently living at and which I'm so in love with! I'd definitely recommend Patrick and Ray Cooke to anyone, great service, hassle free.

GoogleEimhin was great to deal with from start to finish when we knew that we were interested in purchasing our forever home! He was always on the end of the phone whenever we needed, and would always ring/text when he had any new information for us. He even provided us with solicitors that were amazing to work with throughout the whole process!

GoogleWhen i decided to sell my home i did my research. i wanted an auctioneer i could trust, feel a connection could contact when i was feeling stressed. Eimhin O' Donnell was the Auctioneer I consistently met when viewing houses, I then decided that the Ray Cooke Team were auctioneers I wanted to sell my home. GoogleI just recently bought my apartment with Ray Cooke Auctioneers. Eimhin was the agent. I found the exact apartment I was looking for in an ideal location. Eimhin remembered the small details which where personal and very important to me. I just didn't feel like another person having another viewing, he made me feel I was important before and after it was sale agreed. My process took 5 months after sale agreed before I moved in due to Covid and timing and he kept in constant contact with me and always dealt with any queries no matter how small. He was friendly, honest and reliable. In fact he was a delight to deal with. Moving house is one of the most stressful things anyone can do and I felt Eimhin took alot of that stress and pressure away so thank you Eimhin.

GoogleWe had Ray call out to us a few years back when we were thinking of selling. Then we decided to sell our apartment last year and he called out again and he remembered all our details which I found very professional. We did have a few estate agents call out to give us valuation. Ray won hands down. Eibhinn called out and take picture which were fantastic some estate agents were charging €500. I cannot praise Eibhinn for his professionalism, and his dedication in his work. No matter what question we had he was always and I mean always happy to answer and it could be weekends or evenings and he always replied. I felt that Eibhinn went above and beyond for us. I would 100% recommend Ray Cooke and his team to anyone who is selling their property. Also to add Audre in their accounts department was really lovely to deal with too. Thank you all for your hard work and effort into helping us sell our home.

GoogleHaving viewed a few properties in a market driven by bidding wars, we had been treated quite dismissively by estate agents until we met Eimhin from Ray Cooke Auctioneers. From the outset the process was honest and transparent. We knew what was expected and where we stood and when we put in an offer it was proposed and accepted with Eimhin communicating with us along the way. Whether our offer had been accepted or not, even to this point, dealing with Ray Cooke was a stress free part of a stressful process. From our offer being accepted through to closing the sale and getting the keys, Eimhin was accommodating, gave his time for our questions and went above and beyond in supporting us make a smooth transition. If we were to buy a property again, I would go to Ray Cooke. Thanks again.

GoogleI recently let my property through the Finglas office of Ray Cooke Auctioneers. Eimhin and his team looked after the whole process. It was stress free, friendly services, efficient and with professional attitude and great local knowledge. Everything, including handing over of the property to the tenants, went through smoothly and effortlessly for me. I can't recommend Eimhin highly enough. It's been a pleasure dealing with him. I can relax knowing my property is being well managed and looked after.

GoogleI recently moved home and Ray Cooke managed both sale and purchase. Eimhin was a pleasure to work with on my sale. He was always there to help when problems arose. But more importantly, I never had to wait more than an hour or so to get a reply. I always felt valued and looked after. Very similar on the purchase side, which was handled by Ross. Even though I wasn't necessarily his client on the purchase, he still provided the same high level service and support throughout. I would definitely recommend Ray Cooke for home sales or purchase.

I had asked Eimhin about another property (on the same street), he collected the keys and showed me the property on the same night. The following day I went sale agreed. We found that all the staff there were very helpful and guided us through everything.
