GoogleI would like to say that I have dealt with Patrick Redmond a number of times in relation to a couple of properties I was letting. He is amazingly positive and we got excellent tenants. GoogleFrom my first contact with Roisin, who then put me directly in contact to James who was managing the property, both were efficient, professional and between viewing the property and myself and daughter moving in, was one week!! They both worked so hard behind the scenes with little worry to myself. Raycooke Auctioneers, I just can't highly recommend. From being homeless (couch surfing) to being a homeowner! The viewing times are a huge help (after 18pm weekdays and Saturdays). He is always on time and waiting with a big smille at the doors. I would highly recommend Eimhin. GoogleThe Ray Cook agency has generally treated me well. I have felt comfortable except for the following issues: The real estate agent who facilitated the rental of the apartment is named James. While I must highlight that he has always been respectful, I must also say that he provided incorrect information about the apartment, specifically the EIR code. This caused us many problems with mail delivery and work-related paperwork. When he handed us the keys, he did not bother to explain anything, only cared about taking a photo for Instagram. He refused to explain how the heating system works and directed us to read the instructions, which we couldn't find. Eventually, we discovered that the heating was controlled from a completely different panel than the one he initially referred to. We found out on our own. Furthermore, in subsequent chat conversations, he never seemed willing to respond. Despite the high rent, James does not address some of our concerns. The proper functioning of the heating system and the EIR code are two examples illustrating this situation. These are simple questions that take two seconds to answer. This makes us feel somewhat uncomfortable, and we would appreciate improvement. The apartment was delivered with certain little defects, and I hope you will have the honesty to acknowledge them during your inspections.

GoogleI've sent about 7 queries regarding accommodations in Ireland and they never responded to me. They only say on the ad to send a query and NOT call them. So imagine if you have a job offer in ireland and you have to move from another country? It can't happen cause you'll most likely end up homeless especially with the housing crisis that everyone knows plegues ireland at the moment. Basically they expect you to offer more money in order to even get in touch with you than what the rent price actually says. Plus, the requirements that they ask for in order to even rent you a house are extremely insane...

GoogleBeen emailed for a viewing by this guy Patrick. I arrived At the property on time,have waited for him 15 minutes then I’ve been mistaken with someone else. He asked me if I even got an email to see the apartment?! I find this very unprofessional.been applying for some time ,got one email and then asked if I even got it. Thanks for nothing! Been sending all the references, not even an email back to say I didn’t get it. I don’t know what yous want to be honest,how do you choose the tenants? Joke!
