GoogleFirst time renting through Ray Cooke, but it has been a great experience. James, the realtor in charge of my lease has been very professional and kind, in addition to really helping me find the best option possible. Communication was very smooth, and contract signing was done digitally, which was very practical and quick. I definitely recommend them, and if you’re lucky enough it’ll be James taking care of you.

GoogleI rang today on behalf of my mother in law I sent an email last night I heard nothing back I rang today to see if we could arrange a viewing if possible as my mother in law needs to find a new home "Renting" the lady who answered the phone to me was absolutely diabolical!! The attitude from her was shocking I was taken back, I was nowhere near rude to her but as soon as she started I fired up there is no need to speak to people that way absolutely disgusting and very unprofessional, BUYERS AND RENTERS BEWARE!! please go elsewhere.

All done with great speed and I didn’t have to get involved. The tenants we’re also very happy with the painting in particular and said they were totally professional and did a great job

GoogleI am delighted to have dealt with Ray Cooke Auctioneers. The customer service given by Ray Cooke and team is 2nd to none. I was treated with professionalism and respect with every matter that I asked about. Eimhin who came to do the initial valuation, was so optimistic and was highly complimentary of the house, pointing out its potential to be made into the perfect starter home. Eimhin had every confidence that the house would attract viewers and a deposit was secured within the same month.
