diabolical. its all cosy and friendly up front but wait until the end of a lease. delayed deposits, no returned calls.takes forever for someone toaction the deposit refund. waiting 2 weeks now. zero interest for 12 months and fees fees fees.zero customer service and even the owner of the flat complained about them.awful. avoid.

I've had a horrible expirience with the agency. Unable to withhold an agreement, complete and utter lack of respect for the customer and incompetent.Dealing with them has cost me money, time and caused a lot of stress. Do try to avoid the agency at all cost and look in to the many alternative agencies out there.

GoogleVery poor service received by the lettings team and Sara Zalan in particular. Very disorganized and made the deal extremely difficult and long winded, didn't respond to e-mails and communicate efficiently at all. Luckily, we dealt with the landlord direct in the end and managed to sort everything out and moved in ok.
